Return & Exchange Conditions
Items must be intact, unused, and kept in their original packaging with all accessories included;
A valid order number and proof of payment must be provided;
In case of a quality issue, photos or videos must be provided as evidence;
For returns or exchanges for personal convenience, items must be in perfect condition and must not affect resale.
Validity Period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or an exchange.
Return & Exchange Procedure
Contact us by email or phone to submit your request, and provide your order number, proof of payment, the reason for the return/exchange, and supporting photos or videos (if applicable).
Our customer service team will review your request promptly and inform you of the result using your contact details. If the request is approved, we will ask you to send the parcel to the following address: 3843 Terrace Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19128, United States.
Please ship the item to the address provided and wait for confirmation of receipt.
After we receive the package, we will perform an inspection:
If it is a return request and the item meets the conditions, the refund will be initiated immediately;
If it is an exchange request and the item meets the conditions, a new shipment will be sent to your address within 1-3 business days.
Refund Information
Once the return is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard).
Fees
If the return or exchange is due to a quality issue, return shipping costs will be covered by us;
If the return or exchange is for personal convenience, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Responsibility Statement
If damage or loss occurs during transportation, we will assist you with the carrier claim process, but final responsibility lies with the carrier;
If there is an error or omission in the information you provide (for example, an incomplete or incorrect address), any delay or failure of return/exchange will be your responsibility;
We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
