Delivery Area
Orders are shipped from the United States.
We currently only support delivery within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
We also cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Fees
For an order with a total amount between $0 and $90, a shipping fee of $9.99 will apply;
For an order with a total amount of $90 or more, shipping is free.
Taxes
All displayed prices include applicable taxes. No additional fees will be charged at checkout.
Processing Time
After the order is confirmed, we prepare and ship the parcel within 1 to 3 business days.
Transit Time
From the date the parcel is shipped, the average delivery time is estimated between 3 and 5 business days.
Shipping may be handled by common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Delays may occur due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or disruptions in the logistics network.
Order Tracking
After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the order number, the payment receipt (Visa, MasterCard), and carrier information.
You can track your delivery status on the "Order Tracking" page of our website by entering your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number.
Statement of Responsibility
Damaged or lost products: In the event of damage or loss during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist you with the carrier process and propose an appropriate solution.
Modification and cancellation of delivery: Before the parcel is shipped, you may request a modification or cancellation by contacting us. Once the parcel has been shipped, no modification or cancellation can be made.
Shipping address and responsibility: Please ensure that the provided shipping address is complete and accurate. In case of an error or omission, you will be responsible for any failed or delayed delivery.
Instructions Upon Receipt
Upon receiving the parcel, please check the condition of the packaging. If there is any issue (damaged parcel, missing items, etc.), report it immediately to the carrier, take photos, and contact us promptly so that we can assist.
Delivery Delays
We strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to public holidays, severe weather, traffic restrictions, or logistics disruptions. In case of a delay, you will be notified by email and we will follow up with the carrier.
